Cancellation Policy

Booking: A deposit of $30 is required for booking. This deposit is non refundable and non redeemable. Deposit payment is only accepted though Zelle. Cancellation: You can cancel your own booking online at any time. You can also reschedule your own booking online at any time. A new deposit is required. A deposit made at any booking is non-refundable and non-redeemable. Service Cost: The price shown on the service list for a given hairstyle may reflect the minimum price. Service cost varies depending on several factors including but not limited to the length of the hairstyle and specific features desired by the customer. After service is rendered, the remainder of the payment is due and made at the store by cash . You are encouraged to check your new hairstyle prior to leaving the salon after service to ensure that you are satisfied. When you leave the salon, we provide a 4-day courtesy window within which we will fix at no cost to you any issue that you bring to our attention. Beyond this time frame fees may apply.
